Currently, CWILL AI Chat does not have a standalone mobile app. To check your inbox messages on your phone, please install the Shopify mobile app first and access CWILL AI Chat through it.
1. Open the App Store in your iPhone and download the Shopify app.
2. In the Shopify app, go to the search bar and type "CWILL AI Chat". Click "Search CWILL AI Chat in Shopify App Store."
3. Tap “Install” to add CWILL AI Chat to your Shopify.
4. Once installed, tap “Go to Inbox” in the homepage.
5. Then you will be able to view your messages directly on mobile.
Open Google Play and download the Shopify app. Follow the same steps above to search, install, and open CWILL AI Chat from within Shopify.
