To update the email address used for offline messages, follow these steps:

  1. Go to inbox

  2. Go to Preference.

  3. Update your new email address here

  4. Add new email address and click send code

  5. Go to your email inbox, copy the verification code, and paste the verification code here, click Update Email

After updating your email address, all future message notifications and offline messages sent to customers will use the new email address.
