By default, the ChatWILL widget is displayed on all pages of your store. If you'd like to show the widget only on specific pages, you can configure Page Rules in the widget settings.

I. Steps to Configure Page Rules

  1. Go to ChatWILL → Chat widget → Advanced → Display Settings → Edit → Page rules.

  1. Choose Show on specific page

  1. Add your page rule(s), click Save to apply the changes.

II. What's the differences between Match Any vs. Match All?

When adding multiple rules, you can choose how they are evaluated:

Match Any:

The widget will be displayed if any one of the rules is satisfied.

Example:

Rule 1: https://your-store.myshopify.com/pages/about-us

Rule 2: https://your-store.myshopify.com/pages/contact

The widget will appear on either page.

Match All:

The widget will be displayed on all the pages you fill in.
