From your CWILL AI Chat App Dashboard, go to Chat Widget -> Advanced.
In this section of your CWILL AI Chat App Dashboard, you can:
- Edit your default language, synced with your Shopify store.
- Manually adjust translations for each language.
- Enable or disable automatic translation.
Edit the Default Language
- The default language is automatically synced with your Shopify store’s default language.
- To change it, go to Shopify Admin -> Settings -> Languages, click the three dots beside your current default language, and select Change Default Language.
Manually Edit Translations
- Select your publish language and click on each text field to update or correct translations manually.
- This allows you to fully customize how messages appear in different languages.
Enable Automatic Translation
Simply toggle the Enable Automatic Translation button to turn this feature on.
