Connect CWILL AI Chat with TrustWILL (Trustoo) to collect product reviews inside the chat. CWILL AI Chat checks the customer’s order and conversation before showing a review card. Submitted reviews sync automatically to TrustWILL.

Current version: The order must have been marked Delivered within the last 30 days. A future update is planned to remove this time limit.

Before you start

Make sure the CWILL AI Chatbot is turned on, and CWILL Returns & Exchanges is installed on your store. That's all — no extra setup is required on the CWILL Returns & Exchanges side.

Step 1: Enable the integration

In the CWILL AI Chat admin, go to AI Chatbot → AI skills. Find the Review Request card and click Integrate.

Once the installation is complete, click Enable Now to enable the TrustWill app embed on your Shopify theme.

Step 2: Enable TrustWILL in your Shopify theme

  1. In Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes and open the theme editor.

  2. Select App embeds.

  3. Turn on TrustWILL (Trustoo) or Trustoo Product Reviews, then click Save.

Note: The app may appear as “Trustoo Product Reviews” in the theme editor and “TrustWILL (Trustoo)” in Shopify admin.

Step 3: Confirm that the order is delivered

  1. Go to Shopify admin → Orders and open the customer’s order.
  2. After delivery is confirmed, click Mark as delivered.
  3. Return to the Orders list and confirm that the Delivery status is Delivered.
