By following the steps below, you can add a CWILL AI Chat shortcut to your mobile phone's home screen and reply to customer messages anytime, anywhere.
1. In CWILL AI Chat desktop, go to Inbox -> Preferences -> Notification, then click Install App.
2. On your iPhone, open the camera or QR code scanner, select iOS from the navigation bar, and scan the QR code provided.
3. A log in page appears, enter your email address associated with CWILL AI Chat.
4. Check your email and enter the verification code to complete the email verification.
5. After logging in successfully, tap the three dots icon in the bottom right corner, then select Share.
6. Tap Add to Home Screen.
7. CWILL AI Chat's shortcut icon will now be added to your home screen. You do not need to log in again - simply tap the icon to open CWILL AI Chat and start chatting with your customers.
At the beginning, please select Android instead of iOS, then follow the same steps above to complete the setup.
